To delete your account data for any of the Once Apps, (Once Mobile Once Time, Once Track or Urban Shutters) please send us the request via one of the following:

Your account data includes:

  • Subscription and payment data. This can be managed by you at https://onceconnected.co.uk/your-account where you can delete your subscription data.

  • Application account data for Once Setup, Once Mobile, Once Time, Once Track and Urban Shutters, this includes your customer quotes, orders, and appointments. stored on our servers. You will need need to contact us for this data to be deleted.
