You can attach an Excel (CSV) version of the Worksheet to your the worksheet by changing the Once Setup, Mobile Settings value:

to "Yes"
If you do not have this option available you can download and run the installer: OnceSetup_csv_update.exe available at the bottom of this article.
After running the installer, re-start Once Setup.

The CSV (comma separated value) version of the worksheet has all the worksheet item data in rows and columns so you can do further processing of the data using Excel or scripts.
