If you have more than just a few lines of Terms and Conditions that you want to include with your customer quote/invoice, the best way to do this is to put a link to a webpage into the Ts and Cs field in the Quote and Worksheet editor.

You can add links to web pages in this field, and also logos (for adding the child safety logo for example)

  • If you want to enter HTML that includes links to web pages or logos, start the Ts and Cs field with an symbol.  This tells Once Setup to allow raw HTML code (without the leading '@' the special html '< 'and '>' characters are changed to the display versions of these symbols).
  • Here is an example of what you might type into the Ts and Cs field.  This will first create a link to a webpage called 'TsandCs' the 2nd part will display the logo.  Replace the bits in bold with your own links to Terms and Conditions webpage, or logo.
