You will be sent an email reminding you that you need to pay for your Once subscription, and the date on which your subscription will expire if you don't make a payment.
To make a payment and ensure that your Once subscription is not cancelled, go to the Subscriptions page on the Once website
Your account will continue to work even when payments are outstanding, closing your account is never done automatically. It would only be closed by us as a last resort.
