This article describes how you link Once Time/Once Track and Once Mobile.

  1. You must be using the same Account Email for both Once Time and Once Mobile.
    This is the email used when you first created your Once Time account and the account email shown in the Once Setup app and also on the Settings screen of Once Mobile.
  2. Click the Add/Edit staff button on the Once Time/Track calendar, Settings screen.

  3. Staff members you create in Once Time who also use Once Mobile must have a Once ID selected as below. 
    You may have to re-select the account email so the available Once ID are read from the cloud and shown in the list.

  4. On the Schedule screen, select the "Send to Once Mobile" users tab and select the appointments you want to send. This tab only shows if you have Once Mobile user IDs set for your Once Time staff.
  5. After clicking "Send to Once Mobile Users.." the appointments will appear in the Inbox list when you open the View Orders screen of Once Mobile or click the refresh button next to the text 'Inbox'.
