Once Time is a smart calendar app that runs on Windows, Mac, iOS and Android. It offers many advanced features such as postcode lookup, map views, daily schedules and sending appointment confirmations with optional product information. Once Time integrates with Once Mobile to automatically create the jobs in Once Mobile.
Using Once Time you can send a daily schedule of appointments to Once Mobile users. These show in the "In Box" column on the View Orders page of Once Mobile in the time order of the appointments.
Once Time is free and can be downloaded from the Downloads page of our website.
Also built into Once Mobile is the ability add an appointment time to quote/order on the Customer page. This can be used together with Once Time or as an alternative method of setting an appointment time for a job. Note that is is only for information purposes in the quote/order.
