The Once installers will inform you of errors during installation. If these do not help please check the following before raising a support ticket with details of the problem 

  • Windows PCs Once apps will run on any PC running Windows 10 or 11. You may require admin permissions for installaiton but not for running. Please ensure you have run the latest Windows Update on your PC.

  • Apple Macs running OS X 10 or later. On macOS Sierra and later, there are restrictions installing apps that are not from their App Store. Either
    • From your System Preferences, Secutiry and Privacy, enabe Allow apps downloaded from: App store and identified developers.
    • An alternate approach is to use Finder and right click on the downloaded installer file and select Open. You then click Open again on the warning dialog and the installer will run.

  • Does your computer allow you to install new software on your computer?  Some companies have restrictions on what certain users can install, if you think this may be the case, contact your company's IT support.


If you have tried all of the above, and still can't install Once Setup, contact us at support@onceconnected.co.uk or open a support ticket giving us as full details of the problem especially any error messages.
