The Once Setup installer will inform you of errors during installation. If these do not help please check the following before raising a support ticket with details of the problem 

  • Windows PCs Once Setup will run on any PC running Windows 7, 8 or 10. Some older PCs have graphics card/driver limitations that prevent the Quote and worksheet editor from displaying the preview but you can view them in your default browser.

  • Apple Macs running OS X 10 or later. On macOS Sierra, there are restrictions installing apps that are not from their App Store. You need to use Finder and right click on the downloaded installer file and select Open. You then click Open again on the warning dialog and the installer will run.

  • Does your computer allow you to install new software on your computer?  Some companies have restrictions on what certain users can install, if you think this may be the case, contact your company's IT support.

If you have tried all of the above, and still can't install Once Setup, contact us at support@onceconnected.co.uk or open a support ticket giving us as full details of the problem especially any error messages.
