Other Reasons 

Once setup will inform you of any errors when attempting to upload data.

If your subscription account is valid, the most likely reason is internet connections problems so you must check you have a working internet connection.

If your PC has had additional security applied such as restricting internet access through the Windows Firewall, you should check the Firewall allows the Once Setup application to access the internet,

If your account and internet connection is OK and you still cannot upload, the contact us at support@onceconnected.co.uk or by raising a support ticket giving us as much detail as possible about the error and any error messages displayed.
