Items Status Symbols in One Track
Each customer order contains one or more items, where each item is a blind, shutter curtain etc. The Item Status Symbols in Once Track enable you to set a status on each item such as Ordered (from the manufacturer or workshop), Ready, Fitted etc.
You can select up to 5 different status symbols and what they mean from the Settings menu. The default to have the first and 5th symbols set to Ordered and Fitted.
The status of items is shown on the each job card and on the Order Details display with the colours changing between grey, blue and green to show if none, some or all items in the order have the status set.
Quick changing the status of all items in an order
On the order details screen (shown on the left hand side column after clicking an order card), you can click on the status symbol to the right of the checkbox to display the option to change all items to checked or unchecked.
You may typically do this to indicate that all items have been ordered after sending a supplier purchase order.
